EDM Intelligent Solutions (EDMIS) is an ITAR registered company and is required to maintain records of the U.S. Legal Status for all persons entering the EDMIS facilities. International visitors must remain with their EDMIS escort at all times and are not allowed to enter certain areas of the facility that can be, or have been, deemed restricted at any time.

Visitor NDA Acceptance *

EDM Intelligent Solutions (EDMIS) is an ITAR registered and AS9100 certified company, which conducts business in a highly competitive industry with products and manufacturing equipment that are unique in design. Such unique designs and equipment are restricted and are considered confidential information.

AS9100 states, with regard to customer property, that EDM Intelligent Solutions “shall exercise care with customer property while it is under the organization’s control or being used by the organization.” Customer property can include “intellectual property,” including customer furnished data used for design, production and/or inspection,” and “personal data.”

It is essential that all visitors understand and recognize the significance of EDM Intelligent Solutions' need for confidentiality regarding all Company or Customer property. In consideration of and as one of the conditions to gain access to the facility and/or products of EDM Intelligent Solutions, you attest:

- To maintain secret and confidential all information belonging to the Company including its product designs, manufacturing/metrology equipment and manufacturing/metrology processes.

- To not disclose the confidential information to any other persons other than the Company’s employees or authorized representatives for any reason whatsoever.

By completing this visitor registration upon entry into the building, you are verifying your presence on the property of EDM Intelligent Solutions, and are attesting to uphold the conditions in this Nondisclosure Agreement.
